## Who are you?

- You have 5+ years of working experience in relevant front-end development
- You can help drive technical decisions with clear evidence of rational thinking
- You have a strong understanding of HTML5, JavaScript and CSS (Saas – SCSS would be a plus)

- You have thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- You have very good knowledge of JavaScript
- You demonstrate problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills

## How you can help us

- Contributing to the web-platform technical direction and strategy
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs
- Coordinate with the UI/UX Product Designer to ensure the best user experience
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Developing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts

- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes
- Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance
- Documenting application changes and developing updates
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
